Wedding photography is not just about taking pictures. One of the most important elements is about building a quick relationship with the bride, groom and guests to enable a relaxed and natural photographic atmosphere. Many of my clients comment on how unintrusive I am as a photographer and how special I make them feel on their day. This for me is vitally important because it is your wedding day and the last thing I want is for you to be bothered being told how to stand, where to look and when to smile! Of course I do take group pictures and posed pictures but this is only a small part of the photographic experience. The best bit is capturing those spontaneous moments when you have no idea the camera is focused on you. It is this skill I acquired with years of experience photographing Fiji in its wonderful village environment - by blending into the background and clicking freely.
